Ultraclass Maintenance provides specialist field and heavy equipment maintenance support across Queensland's mining industry. Our experienced tradespeople support large hydraulic excavators and mixed OEM fleets across shutdowns, planned maintenance, breakdowns, component change-outs and project works. With a strong operational base in Dysart, we can respond quickly to changing site requirements and provide reliable support when and where it's needed.
Ultraclass Parts Division supplies specialised parts, systems and practical equipment solutions for mining operations. Working alongside our maintenance and technology teams, we provide replacement components, equipment upgrades and purpose-built solutions designed around real site requirements. With in-house design and 3D printing capability, we can also develop solutions for specific equipment and applications.
Ultraclass Technologies develops practical systems and equipment solutions designed around real challenges encountered in mining operations. Developed with site application in mind, our solutions support equipment protection, reliability, fault diagnosis and safer operation. From monitoring and diagnostic systems to camera technology, equipment upgrades and in-house design and 3D printing, our focus is on developing solutions that work in the field.

About Us.
Adam Bostock is the founder and Managing Director of Ultra-Class Pty Ltd and Ultra-Class Technologies Pty Ltd, bringing more than 20 years of hands-on experience across heavy mining equipment, field maintenance and technical support.
Adam began his career as a drill fitter with AJ Lucas, maintaining drill rigs and auxiliary equipment, before moving into large mining equipment as a Leading Hand Excavator Fitter with Xstrata, supporting Liebherr 996 excavators.
He then spent six years with Liebherr, initially as a Field Service Technician before moving into Product Support, providing technical support to mining operations throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory.
In 2012, Adam founded Ultraclass Pty Ltd, initially supplying skilled trade labour to mine sites across the Bowen Basin. Ultraclass has since grown to provide specialist labour, field and heavy equipment maintenance, shutdown support, project works, parts and technical solutions across Queensland's mining industry.
In 2016, Adam established Ultraclass Technologies, building on his technical experience to develop equipment upgrades, integrated systems and practical solutions for large hydraulic excavators and other mining equipment.
Adam remains closely involved in the technical and operational side of the business, with a practical, hands-on approach that continues to shape how Ultra-Class works today.
